4.2.4. (Revoked).

4.2.4. The shot-firer’s examination is used to determine the candidate’s knowledge of this Division. If the candidate fails the examination, he may return to write the examination within the following times:
(a)  1st failure: 1 month after the first examination;
(b)  2nd failure: 3 months after the second examination.
If the candidate fails the third examination, he shall, before presenting himself to another examination, bring the written proof that he has taken a course respecting the handling and the use of explosives, approved by the Commission.
